Thursday night rehearsal

Perhaps you have recently moved to the Godalming area and wish to carry on singing. Maybe you have just left school or college and no longer belong to a choir. Possibly you have finally found time to pursue an interest you’ve been meaning to re-kindle for ages!

No matter what your reason, most important of all, you are free to rehearse with us each Thursday during term time.

We meet from early September to late June at St. Hilary’s School, Holloway Hill, Godalming on Thursdays from 7.45 pm to 10.00 pm.  We have an active social programme with post-rehearsal trips to the pub, quiz nights and after concert parties.

Whatever your voice part or level of ability you will be made very welcome. At the present time we are recruiting for all voice parts, with tenors particularly welcome. If you think you might like to join us, then please contact Valerie George, on 01483 428057, or simply come along to a rehearsal.

Once you decide you would like to become a member, we ask you to take a basic voice test (not too difficult we promise!).

The annual subscription for Godalming Choral Society  for the 2009/10 season is £90.00.
